As with the Rio Tinto project announced last week, the MSRC carried out simulations to confirm that ship manoeuvring at the new terminal could be done in a safe manner.<\/p>\n<p>It is reassuring to note that port authorities and other stakeholders in the Quebec maritime industry attach as much importance to navigational safety and environmental protection.
