Recently, the TSB called on MSRC\u2019s team to conduct part of their investigation into a collision between two bulk carriers. The simulations using two of MSRC\u2019s interactive bridges allowed them to better understand the detailed cause of the accident. Simulating these incidents can also help determine possible best practices to avoid such collisions in the first place.<\/p>\n
There are instances when the causes leading to an incident are difficult to determine.
