Our most sincere congratulations to the organizers of the sixth edition of the Rendez-vous naval de Québec, which proved to be a great success. On the occasion of this event, the MSRC received crew members from the BSAM Rhône, of the French Navy. We were also invited by Vice-Admiral Angus Topshee and Commander Scott Keleman to a reception onboard HMCS William Hall, one of the Royal Canadian Navy‘s Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS).
