The Maritime Simulation and Resource Centre Welcomes a New Communications and Business Development Assistant

Quebec City, Quebec, November 15, 2018 – The Maritime Simulation and Resource Centre (MSRC) is pleased to welcome Ms. Catherine Constantin as Communications and Business Development Assistant, responsible for the MSRC’s commercial and media relations. In collaboration with management, Ms. Constantin will also contribute to the development of new business for the Centre.

She joins the MSRC team from the National Assembly as translator and previously from CO2 Solutions Inc., where she served as Executive Assistant and Corporate Secretary. Prior to this, she held the position of Marketing Coordinator at Ocean Group while simultaneously coordinating the snow sculpting event of Quebec’s Winter Carnival.

“We are thrilled to have Ms. Constantin join our team, she will bring a fresh perspective and approach to our communications program and to domestic and international business development,” said Paul Racicot, Director of MSRC. “Her diversified experience in communications, corporate administration and business development will be an outstanding addition to our organization.”

Ms. Constantin will be developing and implementing a global communications strategy and will help translate the Centre’s business objectives into development strategies that will promote the growth of its activities while maintaining close relationships with its clients.
